Pls experience mamas, is it something I should be worried about?

Is that not a sign that labour is iminent?
Just wondering though.

My sister, no be small thing. My waist has been paining me since yesterday and then comes the stooling, though not frequent. Was at the clinic yesterday and my midwife checked me and kept saying she's not sure I would meet my next appointment. I said a loud amen o. Make I get myself. Been eating lots of pineapples and climbing staircase everyday. It will sure end in praise.
