I'll advice you to calm down because what you see is a system error from aliexpress site. I've experienced that before: I had added a a pair of shoes to my cart and marked the cost price. The next time I highlighted the shoes to place order, I discovered that the price had gone up 3times the actual price. I was surprised to see such a thing but then decided to wait till the following day to check the price again. By then, the price had reverted to the original price.

Na wa for Nipost o! 2 orders shipped together by Yanwen,arrived destination country the same date. Went to the post office this morning only to discover that it's one out of the two orders that's available for a pick-up; as the second is yet to arrive the PO.

I've said it and will keep saying it, don't be quick to blame NIPOST. Some of these things are "errors" from IMPC and it's human, we should expect hiccups. I've had situation that 3 items were dispatched to 9ja same day using Yanwen and same store, got 2 about 3 weeks ago and got the other this morning. Yeah, they didn't enter 9ja same day (just a day interval), even those entered same day.

Another experience was/is 2 orders made from same store and shipped with either Yanwen or Cainiao same day and entered 9ja around April. One was to Ikeja PO while the other was to Jalingo. Got Jalingo item around 1st week of June while Ikeja item is still no where to be found till now. And Jalingo item got to Jalingo that same week I was called cuz date received was on it, so, delay was either from IMPC or Bauchi (the region's HQ).

I'm not absorbing NIPOST of ills but nah, they ain't that bad. We are just who we be.....Nigerians!

None of 'em banks can be said to be back to their senses until they remove that monthly (or is it daily as GTB calls it) limit dollar transactions on naira debit card.

That restriction is really limiting activity seriously.

Depends on weight of package.
0 - 0.09kg = N0
0.1 - 0.49kg = N200
≥ 0.5kg = N500.

Some officials will bill you more. A dispatch rider from/of Ikeja PO is one of them.... bills 500 and 800 respectively for the last 2 listed above.

Don't buy Nokia or Infinix or Tecno phones at AE. The reason is simple, they are more costlier than what you'll get it Naija which defeats the purpose of importing.

That's not true. Though aliexpress doesn't sell Tecno phones at present, the prices of infinix phones there are cheaper compared to our market here, forget about the prices you see at present . A couple of weeks ago, I was surprised to see infinix s5 pro being displayed for 77k on Aliexpress. On checking jumia, I saw the same phone being sold for 95k +. I'm taking about the 6gb/128gb variant. As for Nokia phones, I'm not that conversant with the prices.

Please i read yesterday that someone from my same PO (Gombe) collected his order that took months.
He wrote: To my surprise, I got an SMS to come and retrieve my package at my local post office today. I retrieved it and asked when it arrived. The mail man shamelessly said the package has been with them since on the 7th of September, 2020 (past 17 days) and that my number was not going through.... SMH
I asked why didn't he just hand it over the last two times I visited their office within the time period but he was dumbfounded and speechless.

Please i have packages that took months Some reach destination country last month while some are in transit and i went there (PO) several times to check but they told me they did not called me.
The last order i made on 26 august i received SMS collected it last 3 days.

how do i approach them so that they will help me check for my package to avoid what happen Like that of the guy I quoted.

I'm aware that usually text messages are sent from the PO. It's only some staff of theirs that I've taken as friends that go the extra mile to call when I have items. If text messages are sent, you should get it when network services are restored to your area.

On reporting those erring staff to their boss, I'd say it may not amount to much cos they are all the ssme, and have their hands in the cookie jar. I think it's only Abuja instruction that may have some affect on 'em.

What state do you live in?
I see a lot of brand new infinix hot 9 on jiji. 3GB/64GB ranging from 50k to 60k and the 4GB/64GB from 62k to 67k.
Those prices can be very much negotiated. If you're in lagos then you're in luck. A lot of them were locations in lagos.

While I was at the PO some days back to pick up my package, the lady there showed me a bunch of parcels that they planned to return... Said the addresses are not clear, and there are no phone numbers on them to call... So back to sender tins

I opened a dispute after three months only for aliexpress to judge the case in favor of the seller saying that their tracking information shows "Departed country of origin".
