There is a difference in face to face battle and guerilla warfare. Our Military is not deploying the right strategy of intelligence and counter-attack. Though the situation also suggests that the military aren't just ready to end it because of the juice they are drinking from it.

Gov. Zulum's incessant attacks may have political undertones. He should look within and take tough decisions. God keeps this people oriented Governor.
