S&P500 H4 Corrections Will Soon End October Likely To Be Bearish
S&P500 index has been in corrections and more conspicuous on H4 timeframe. The structure takes the form of a bullish wedge or ending diagonal . Price will likely breakaway from this structure to test weekly bearish order candlestick at 3400. This invariably will cause stocks to rally early next week.

Month of October before the US presidential elections statistically is bearish . In the past 5 elections, October ended in negative 4 times and we may witness similar bearish scenario coming October while November is more likely to be bullish .

I warn you never use or depend on chaka to trade international stocks especially if you're to monitor and know when to sell, someone here recommended trading 212 but I chose chaka instead, today, I lost $1000, shares I bought at $0.28 (JE). When the stock hit $1000 value, wanted to sell, that was when the app crashed, it refused to function, I went to the web as the value started dropping quickly and still couldn't sell because the glitch was on their website too, when I was able to get through, my share value had dropped to $17. God knows how I feel right now.

Our Nigerian fintech guys are trying please. Do not completely write them off. They are one of the reasons why people are more aware of foreign stocks trading. I still use one of them.

Given our already dented reputation online, is there not a possibility that these foreign platforms could restrict us further in the future? Am just saying o... that's the main reason why I do the bulk of my investment with Nigerian fintech, at least I think I know where to look for my money if they close down.

Not to discourage anyone though, do what works best for you. Especially for guys that want to trade. I am not actively trading.

I use 2 of our local fintechs but for mid to long term holdings.

For an active trader, do waste your small change on their tx fees.

Stocks with potential price action this week: $ACOR (got new enhanced $97m contract from the Dept. of Veterans), $JE (good for day trading today before reverse split tomorrow), $PEIX (gaps to fill btw $8 - $10), $BLNK, $NAK and $SRNE.

Not a recommendation to buy. As usual, DD is required before investing in any stock(s).

The US FDA partially halted Inovio's ($INO) phase 2/3 Covid-19 vaccine trials this morning, with request for more details before it can proceed. $INO share price already down -33% in premarket trading. Traders may likely sell off $INO to buy into other vaccine competitors like $VXRT, $SRNE and $IBIO.

Tortoise Acquisition is moving

There is a proposed merger between Tortoise Acquisition (SHLL) and Hyliion, an electric truck driver train maker.

The post merger company which will be called Hyliion will have a total of $560m at the cost of the deal. That's enough to get the present day Hyliion's second product to the market without the need for additional cash the confounder Thomas Healy said.

Shareholders are scheduled to vote for or against the approval of the merger on Monday 28th September.
A well-timed entry today at $33/$35 could be a great move before Monday's opening bell.
This type usually don't care if its a bear market.

$PEIX price chart today has formed a head and shoulders (H&S), but price got halted at $7.86 after 18.40% gain. If it breaks $7.93 during power hour (last trading hour) with huge volumes, then it could see $8+ at EOD.
