But like I said, it depends on the the time and government.

Go back in history and see what the USSR was doing in the academic and scientific world. They're still doing much no doubt but you can't compare then and now. That's the same for Germany. As at now the Germans are behind. They just want to keep making cars.

At 60, the oil producing communities must be free, freed developed with their derivation fund for real essence of the National Diamond Jubilee celebration.
It is well with Niger Delta and Diamond Nigeria.

This is not the first time they are talking about it. America spend about 1 trillion dollars (approximately 700 million dollars) on its military yearly. It is unthinkable that a single country can be so rich to spend such huge amount of money on its military. China spends about 250 millions dollars on it military yearly. Which is far more than what EU main powers France, UK, Italy, German n Spain spend on their military all together. So they don't have the fund. All the countries mentioned above are part of NATO. They are allies. If any of these countries is attacked, America will step in to fight for that country. So EU members that are part of NATO bring so little to the table. But their security is guaranteed. So it is cheaper to rely on America than to compete with it. I like Macron though. He is not anti-russia. He is interested in one europe.
