This useless man Amaechi is a complete fool...a top ranking minister in his capacity can use his influence to attract projects to his state or region but rather he opt to galliavant the whole country siting projects and supervising same even in well known extreme violence prone states as Kaduna, Katsina where blood tasty armed bandits and terrorists run riot including states where armed criminals rob people right on the road in broad day light.

And yet all he does for his state is de_market it by claiming insecurity to disparage the governor not for interest of the state or people but for political gains which he has continually failed to sell to the people, East west road is in deplorable state, NPA phc is almost a ghost port, the Eastern rail line project is in comatose and yet he comes to run his dirty mouth down south after stealing Rivers money to sponsor a man with epic nepotic tendencies only matched by his cluelessness.

Amaechi, that Ubima Lizard will definitely get what's coming to him.

Can you follow his comments whenever it comes to southern project?
Federal government will complete, but when it comes to northern project, you'll hear federal government will build or construct new road.
I think we all can see it,no good road in all the eastern states,I mean federal roads bcs when you comes to state, all the governor's are trying bcs there allocation is too poor to carry a heavy projects, got to southwest, the same story, all uncompleted project but our leaders wants to build new road from katsina to niger.do we even have brain leaders ?

Light-rail: A rail system suited only for carrying passengers and not heavy goods - so mallams will continue to lorry their cattle, tomatoes and bananas via roads heavily infested with potholes, bandits, insurgents, local-man and boko-haram. only inter-state tourists will find this commendable -

That depends on if the rail was meant for trucks or just passengers - if it is meant for interstate travel and trucks, then it has to be heavy rail - It says a Standard Gauge (Which includes light rail but not heavy goods)

My point is the rail terminates at Ibadan at the moment so it would not make much difference if goods destined for say Kano are transported by rail to Ibadan then by road to Kano.
The rail network needs to be more extensive to take pressure of our road network

Light rail is the one being constructed by the Lagos state government. The one being constructed by Amaechi is heavy rail, reason why is is being connected with the seaport so as to evacuate cargoes from the port in addition to the passengers service.

Standard guage doesn't mean light rail. Light rail doesn't carry heavy cargoes because it is mostly used within cities to carry passengers. The difference between the two is not the tracks.

Mehnnn I would be happy if this is done.
There are thousands of trailers from that Apapa Ehn. ..

This is actually good.
I believe by 2025 - 2030, we would be seeing some of these results cos it can't happen in a day not even in a year.
Including Diversification. Food will be cheaper very soon. wink, cos diversification has commenced since 2018. But not yet sufficient by 2023 - 2025 we would be seeing the results of these things.
The farmers are just cashing out currently cos there is no much competition

Now that itakpe rail has been completed, moving steel from ajaokuta to warri will be great.

Which steel
