What is he even saying?! Those that were employed based on federal character also merited it unless we are talking of those that normally get jobs through connections which is normal.

If 2 of the best from Lagos State are selected,two of the best from Bayelsa will also be selected,so if 10 people from Lagos did extra ordinarily well above all other states,they should employ all 10 abi and leave the 2 best from Bayelsa or other states because the10 persons from Lagos did better than all other States..Merit ko merit ni.
