I think a lot of folks like Poch for the fact that he looks like a nice guy but that is not going to return United to the top.

I will admit Poch started out really well and who knows what would have happened if they went on to win that UCL final against Liverpool...He might do well in a club with deep pocket but you never know.

Everything here stems on probability tho. He's not bad, he actually had a "team" at Spurs tho, I just feel he crumbled when his players that were making things happen crumbled.

His style will leave Maguire, Lindelof and Matic exposed because he favors a high press and 1 vs 1 marking most times. He is a football purist even worse than Pep. He can never change his style for any opposition, if Leeds play this present Bayern team, baba will set up to attack Bayern. As exciting as it looks especially for the neutrals, I doubt if it's sustainable over the course of a season. Yesterday, you could see that City missed having a CF on the pitch, if Aguero was fit, they'd have punished Leeds for leaving so much spaces at the back.

For now, I prefer the younger coaches who are more pragmatic. Someone close to Klopp rather than a Pep.

The thing is, if he perfects his style with really good players he'll always outplay and outscore you.
