We have painted the walls of the master bedroom......

Other bedrooms in this main building has been fully painted.

Yes you can build is bit by bit, if you're sure of a steady income.

Sir this house is a duplex not flats. So it is going to be only one family ( owner or tenant). Therefore no need to demarcate the stairs.

We are repainting the handrails with black paint.........

Using gold coloured paints to trim some parts of the ceiling..........
