Very true, whilst poor people dey do cram-and-pour.

Abiodun had submitted on his form CF001 in 2015 when he vied for Senate that he graduated from OAU in 1989, and NOTARISED those documents.

When it became an issue when he wanted to contest in 2019....it was found out Baba didn't graduate from OAU....he tendered only ssce as his highest qualification.

Tribunal is concerned with the outcome of the election. In other words, what transpired during the election. It concerns the voting process and the announcement of the result. It is like APC petition .While APC petition is a preelection matter that of ADP is a post election matter.The ADP case is a strong one for there are precedences in its favour.If the case is executed fully by the plaintiff it may spell doom for PDP and Obaseki .However the question is why the inclusion of APC and Iyamu as respondents? Answer: APC and Iyamu will tell the tributnal why he was disqualified in their screening exercise.

I believe you are not getting the argument of the ADP candidate. If VC of a school signed certificate some years back and that same VC is dead before 2020, then he can not be in a position to sign the same certificate after his death.

Certificate forgery will not be after election matter. If prove in the competent court of law, Obaseki is a gooner. We all know how desperate Obaseki was before the election and do not forget Oshiomole knows him very well.

Nothing like ambush as you know nothing can be gotten from that election excepting issues that are pre-election in nature.
