1. This case is statute-barred and is a pre-election matter. The recent cases as decided by the Appeal Court on Bayelsa has decided that.
I also don't see precedences to their case.

2. The screening has no bearing whatsoever and APC/Ize-Iyamu have no business been respondents here.
Only members who participate in a primary can institute a case. If I concede inter alia, that Obaseki participated in the APC Primaries....did the ADP candidate participate in the Primaries?

The pdp constitution I think specifies that for one to contest for primary,your tax record must be up to date.if any of the parties were sharp,they would have included in their pre election suit

In the FHC Justice Abang ruled the tax issue matterd however at the Appeal Court Justice Helen Ogunmiwuju said it did not matter and Supreme Court concurred.
