Write them, it’s either you have requested for appointment twice which usually leads to cancellation or something have gone wrong. For all I know they treat appointments on first come first serve basis.
Mine was also booked June 2019, and I had my first appointment in March and rescheduled for July 20, I had it successfully and verification done as well.

Of what essence is the need for what's app group. What for??

If only from the inception if it's what's app group, would you be privileged to get some information here? The thread provides guidelines and information for people.

There is no need for any what's app group or what's soever.

How would others get information about the whole processes of the visa if we all migrate to what's app group.

Book for a work visa. Only book for the "Skilled immigration act" if your employer has done the necessary procedure with the immigration office in Germany and has gotten a "pre-approval".

you will obtain health insurance when your visa is ready. The embassy will inform you when to do this
