hello xiaomi users please I want to purchase a redmi 9 4/64gb but while chatting with a friend he told me this :Lol China version doesn't mean chinko
China version even has more features than global version
People use China version here
please how true is this and if you are a china version user please can you share your experience with redmi china versions you've used please

That timeline isn't sacrosanct. Just prepare your mind for 90days waiting time.

No. 3gb ram is china version. Even if you see a global rom on it, it's china version. I use the 3gb version

MIUI12 users, please are you able to "CAST" your phone to your TV?... I'm trying to confirm if I'm the only one with the issue.... Since I updated, I've not been able to use the CAST option

nope..I haven't been able to cast as well.It only works when the tv and your casting phone is connected to the same wifi network.I don't have time for that at all because my previous device was casting to tv without all that!

It might have network connectivity issues as it was designed for China alone
It might have more features but those features may not be available to regions outside China

Chai... Which kind unnecessary stress be this... They should bring an update to fix this abeg. Updated from 12.0.3 to 12.0.4, still no difference

That can only be done by the police. Take the receipt and carton to state HQ and you will part with money and time.

If the phone has mi Account signed in the person might not be able to use it.

Whilst you are almost right at the bolded, Chinese version do not have connectivity issues at all. Only thing that doesn't work on it is MTN 4G LTE (as MTN is band 7 and 20 and Chinese version do not have those bands). Meanwhile, all 3G network works on it in Nigeria.

Secondly, all the features on Chinese version is available in other regions.
