It's not a bug. Probably one of the networks OP is using is testing VoLTE or trying to implement it. I know, for sure, one our service providers has plans to launch VoLTE this year. I just don't know if the plan is still in the pipeline for this year.

Vo LIT or VoLTE is a feature which let's you receive calls while preserving your 4g connection (LTE) instead of terminating it like previous versions hence the tag "Voice over LTE"

Useful for busy peeps

Since you are using a custom rom, you can change the VoLTE Icon somewhere in the customization settings.

What it's showing on the ROM settings is actually volte, no settings to change it, only to remove it

I don't think any network supports VoLTE in Nigeria yet.
Maybe it's just 4G icon but your ROM renamed it to VoLTE.
