Indriver riders are mostly happy because they already know how much they're paying, fear of the unknown (price) seems to always put unnecessary tension on bolt riders and this makes them unstable

This is a very good point I never reasoned.

Your guess might be correct though. quote author=NaijaCr7 post=94915873]

To buttress your point, I think price mechanism is one of the reason for low ratings on other platform..on indriver the rider has fairly maximum power over price, while on other app it shows them the estimated cost and in most cases the price tends to end slightly above Nd in some cases highly above the estimated price while we cant ignore that sometimes it ends within and below it.

Some riders do take that out on the driver, some will assume you took a longer route or you did something from your side to inflate the end price.

That's my opinion though
I can see You All Are Doing Well apart from those from the generation of little minds that want the #EndSarsProtest to end just because of one stupid lip service presidential order by that old fool, believing in Nigeria politicians, my brother you're making the worst mistake of your life.

You even talk about remittance. My middle finger to any partner both Uber and Bolt that want commission during the period of this protest. Guy even if your life doesn't matter to you think of your born child (that's if you've one) or unborn children. Their lives and future matters. Our politicians are never to be trusted with their words.

Can you imagine the IGP just announced same Sars personals will be deployed to a new unit called SWAT
. Who win? And you dare say the protest should end.

Yesterday I got a ling trip 8n uber from agege to lekki, to and fro... CYtitians was taking her pet for cross breeding. Omo mo converte e to offline oh, left around 2pm returned past 10pm due to the lockdown at the toll gates. Got N20k in total, rider's wife even bought rice and full chicken join with coke-cola and bottle water. Ghanians oh. A Nigerian weather with international exposure will never do that. Honestly Nigeria and Nigerians sucks. Everything about a Nigeria weather born and breed outside and never visited Nigeria b4 have a great character fault. The moral decadence of a Nigeria gene is faulty and irredeemable. Let the world just end in Nigeria alone.

Any long trip these period now na offline things else no movement... Let uber self feel the protest heat...

In response to that Twitter story of the guy that escaped car hijackers abi na kidnappers we go call am... Only God knows... I sympathise with that driver and for that reason I'd like to give every driver using tinted glasses an advice. The earlier you remove that tint on your glasses the better for you. Bad tins always happens behind the dark.

Also, to those that are taking their rides to Nigeria "love-vendor my ride shops" stop it! You're exposing yourselves and making yourself attractive to car hijackers. Let your car appear simple and neat. Look good and dress neatly. You no need all those e fe si.

You should be ashamed of yourselves, you think you can just jump into m post and make derogatory comments and expect to have a last laugh?

Young girl, in Falz voice, you call it ordinary N20k ba? Pls show me ur account balance. Isn't it good I work N20k with my sweat and enjoy it in peace in a sane society than use it to settle Police (Sars) simply because I'm conveying a passenger from point A to B plus my entire day wasted and riders tagging driver's Sars informat?

A quick question pls, have you been harassed or brutalized b4 by a uniform personal?

Have you been handcuffed b4 for doing nothing?

Has any of your relatives experience police brutality b4?

Look at that girl with the folded Nigeria flag, her brother was killed by Sars as he returned from overseas.

Can you be more christianed than the Bishop in the pics?

How about the nursing mother with a baby, you think she's stupid?

My dear go get a life and get the fuxk outta my mention

Please bro, can you suggest what I can venture into that will quickly make me to pay back the loan within the stipulated time, moreso I want to myself out of this meanger fetching job " teaching" that's y I'm seen e-hailing as alternative . Please I will grateful for your suggestion.

I don't know how young u r and how high ur hustling spirit is
Would av advice u do teaching and join driving with it after closing.
Then u hustle on weekend fully..... U should be making reasonable amount
Mind you ibadan isn't has profitable as other state

Another good option
You quit ur job hustle taxify in ibadan and lagos
Some people do weekend in lagos.... Weekdays in IB
Or two week here.... Two weeks in lagos... Dat if u av where to stay in lagos

With time you Wil find pattern that works for u

Most full tym taxify driver in ibadan do hustle lag with it esp. The weekend

If your mind is already made up on doing ehailing you don't have to relocate. I have someone in ibadan that is doing quite alright and he started last month. I can give you his number maybe he can hint you on how much he nets in a week then from there you can decide on the taking the loan or not. In my opinion, working in Ibadan is better than Lagos because drivers work with ease there, no lastma and local govt touts wahala, one way palava, traffic and all the stress we face here in lag, plus you already know the terrain

From my enquires too they make reasonable amount tho nt that much compare to what I see here.... Lol

Very much on point.
I broke up with Uber after more that 3 years of sticking to their app alone.
2 weeks ago ,my account was suspended for 2 days due to high rate of cancellation.
Then I ported to indriver. Mehn! Smart drivers will never want to drive on any app companies again except indriver start charging commission.
I don't do more than 4 trips in a day, My target is met for the day.
No more driving to dead zones again, I select my trips.
No more where are we headed?
Pope191 padi mi to sure. Kudos to him even though he dey get low battery for days now as a result of malaria.
Indriver is the best bro

Too bad have not b able to use d opportunity to d best, been rushing out to grab stuff, only to get knock down again.... but dis tin, I told my self health first, just going to get perfectly heal, before I allow a/c finish myself.

Health first bro, just dedicate few days (like a week) to sleep, wake up, eat, visit the other room, sleep again, wake up again, eat double, visit the other room twice, watch movies and so on. Now that protest is going on will be a perfect time

The protest is no excuse to default your weekly payment. If you are on rental, inform the owner and drop the keys until protest is over. If you are on hp, inform the owner too. My point is; if you are still driving around, you have to pay. Don’t give excuse on the day of payment. Make una self Dey pity owners, Na money them Dey use maintain motor.

P.S: I haven’t driven for 2 whole weeks, I can now feel my flesh and I noticed that I seal more deals, because I have the time to relate with my clients.
God bless everyone in the hustle, my prayer is that we won’t drive forever!!!

There are excuses you'll read here and you can't help but laugh

There is traffic in Lagos
You haven't worked for two days
Yet, you still hold person car and hoping not to pay your complete rentals

If you know you won't pay your rentals, kindly return the car.
When you're sick, try and return the car and collect it when you're better

I find it funny that someone is saying rental shouldn't be complete grin
