ASUU is not against IPPIS in general. All they are saying is use UTAS salary structure to pay them. Don't just wake up one day and start paying people half salaries and say you are using IPPIS. THAT's CRIMINAL.

Whether they implement the UTAS salary structure on IPPIS..its their own business. Just pay them their full salaries according to FG and ASUU agreement in 2009 that brought about UTAS.

If not wickedness or illiteracy, how would government not implement UTAS on IPPIS. making it sound as if people are against IPPIS whereas the fraud in it is what people are against. Pay people their salaries.. the payment system is not the problem. Don't just cut people salary all in the name of IPPIS.
