I agree there is nothing like zero risk.

Do you call stock market gambling too? Of course you can choose to gamble with stocks. Thats doesnt mean there are no professional stock traders who made a fortune from it.

Ponzi scheme thrives on membership increase. If MBA is a ponzi, then they would have referral program from day 1. So not having a referral program means they are not intending to pay old members with new members money.

Theoutsider:

According to MBA the investments are Guaranteed and says Forex is not Gambling? Well any kind of trading is Gambling.. its just legal gambling. I find it odd that there are contracts. These contracts just enforce my belief that a possible ponzi is possible as the when one contact starts (initial payment) someones (ending contract) could be supplemented by the first contract.

The only people that are gonna to be rich are the owners and the team. This is my opinion.

there is no such thing as zero risk

Why do people reply with so much hate on Nairaland, without adding meaningful ideas to this discussion, the hate you give is a reflection of self, it's either you support MBA or not it shouldn't become personal. There is no way you can say most of this thing to real people's faces (and if you can, you need to look at the relationships in your life, because if someone you have never met can provoke such feelings in you, then it's probably you that is toxic)

French Professor.

Your analysis is not correct and complete.

You should also be asking : ''why do people comment against MBA with so much venom, hate, bitterness and ignorance without providing any valid proof that MBA is a Ponzi Scheme''.

All they have to offer is assumption and suspicion because of something they read online or because of their past experience with other Investment Scheme.

When they come here and Insult the Intelligence of investors, Then it has become personal.

If I come to your Business Premises, and call you a thief looking for people to Scam and dupe without providing concrete proof and evidence, I guess you would entertain me with Fried rice and chicken ?

Even if the evidence and proof that I claim to have is right in my own eyes, does that make you a Thief ?

Until it is proven by a ''court of competent jurisdiction'', then every evidence and proof I have against you is baseless and useless.

The ''court of competent jurisdiction'' in the case of MBA are the regulatory bodies.

And so far, CBN and EFCC have no issues with their operations. The main regulatory body which is the SEC, is still dragging her feet. And I can tell you that when they are ready for business, MBA is ready to be regulated.

Yes, we don't need to say some of these things to the face of these naysayers if we met them one on one because ----

We would get them arrested for continually harassing and insulting us with their lies, suspicions, fake proofs, YEYE evidence and old wives' fables.

A continuous Toxic Action would always produce a Toxic Reaction ---- it is only a matter of time.

As a Professor I believe you should know better.

If an unscrupulous element talks down or rubbishes your business he knows nothing about, I guess you'll buy him a bottle of wine with colanut to praise him for doing well.

Secondly, it becomes fallacious calling MBA a scam/ponzi simply because MBA decided not to make his business strategy public

Thirdly, everyone has a right to an opinion. Just as a negative bull has a right to spill negative about our investment, we equally have the right to give it to him/her in equal measure.

Lol, it is entertaining but some of it reeks of childish self-aggrandisement. The abuse is very ineffective and no one should lose any sleep over it but useful in that ...

- it reveals the underbelly of greed and hate associated with this MBA forex scam;
- by quoting the original message, they help spread the word this is a scam; and
- it incriminates some of these characters for the 'day of reckoning'*.

You're correct though that it reveals something about their lives outside.

Abuse is also a deliberate tactic - probably hatched by a cabal to perpetuate this scam. It's the modern day equivalent of Charles Ponzi (the original Ponzimeister) hiring goons to go threaten journalists investigating his scam. A ponzi scheme depends on deception to attract new 'victims' so it would be better for them to have this thread dominated by 'ROI testimonies', real or fiction.

The thread title is "Does Investing In MBA Forex Real Or SCAM". I think the nuggets of information we put here and their adverse reactions has demonstrated this is a SCAM. Even the abusers implicitly agree it is a scam.

We need to keeep doing this though as new people visit this thread each day because of the thread title. Ultimately, it's their decision but let them have the information.

Good day.

* The doctrine of 'Joint Enterprise' or 'Common Purpose' now applies to fraud cases in Nigeria (as part of the Commonwealth) so even if the big crooks pay off the authorities to escape, their 'little fish' can still be scooped up with their assets held accountable.

THE EAGLE HAS LANDED FOR THE FIFTH TIME..ONE MORE TO GO.

Landed 4 days late though...due date is 11th..

You need to overcome ur fears and invest now..Take the risk. U can't get rich if you don't take risk.

Stop asking if MBA is legit...We have seen legit Banks registered with CBN fold and investors loose their money...So ur money is not even 100% safe in the bank...Invest now, make ur profit, withdraw ur capital, then keep investing with the profit...

For naysayers, the choice is urs...u either invest now, or u keep waiting for SEC, CBN, United Nations and World Bank to give u go ahead order..By then, ur mates would have made millions..

It's a calculated risk...
1.how will a company that are scammers be registered with CBN
2. How will scammers not have referral system
3.during the pandemic MBA started to turn down investors will scammers do that
4.maxwell has asked SEC to work faster on way to regulate forex in Nigeria...
5.will scammers own offices around Nigeria, within a month they opened two more offices in Port Harcourt, just to please Nigerians....
6.lastly by employing security personnels, accountants, cleaners, to lawyers MBA have also combed a little bit of unemployment in this country something our beloved government cannot do...
Now I understand some people's skepticism towards MBA being scam and delayed payment, but know this, Rome wasn't built in a day..things take time to run smoothly.... Maxwell odum is a patriotic Nigerian that brought this establishment to Nigeria, while others are investing on other countries he is trying to take Nigeria forward..
Sorry for my English,am still a student,a 300lvl student from UNIBEN that believes in a new Nigeria were the wealth should be evenly distributed...And remember forex generates 5 trillion dollars every day..have a blessed...#ONE NIGERIA#...

This is just another display of utter stupidity from a renowned Nincompoop that is only good for the trash can.

Your constant attack on our investment only reveals your jealousy and envy towards us. You sincerely wish that you were the one making the money MBA investors are currently making.

It also reveals the fact that you are still traumatized by what happened to you in MMM..... we sadly cannot help you to overcome that, so carry your frustration somewhere else and get help.

MBA is here to stay and it is your life and your useless destiny that is and would be continually incriminated. You are already basking in your days of reckoning due to your stupidity and foolishness.

You constant attack and monitoring of other people’s investment reveals something about your own life outside........... You can kill your brother because he is far more successful than you.

You are a despicable low life for thinking that MBA would hire people to speak for them on Nairaland. I am not surprised by that your assertion because I know how stupid you are and can spill out rubbish from your gutter mouth.

MBA investors don’t need to be paid to stand for what they believe in. And we would continue to display our Alert and testify here, so go and hang yourself...... You foolish beast.

Your own life is a Scam and a Ponzi scheme and you know it but too afraid to admit it.

Many like you have come and gone. Maybe you need to read from page 1 of this thread. And after you are gone, many FOOLS like you would still rise here.

So you are free to display your gross stupidity and concentrated Mumuism here.............. when you are tired, you can join your fellow naysayers in the Wilderness Of Sorrow and suffering for 6000 years.

Thunder fire your gutter mouth with your useless doctrine......... Idiot.
