Hello Everyone,

I know this thread is hot against anyone who tries to criticize MBA. So please don't come at me. I only have a simple opinion to give.

Many on this thread, have had some bad experience with investments, not just forex, agritechs, and that has shaped our perspective about investment. And as we all know, there is risk in every investment. In fact, the higher the returns, the higher the risk.

My questions is that while we wait for SEC regulation, is there a way to minimize risk with MBA? Since they receive investment from the public, can we demand for more accountability and transparency about their finance? Are there some sort of insurance? What are the available options if there is a default?

I'm not against MBA at all. MBA will not crash. I'm only asking of ways to minimize risk and secure investment funds. Your suggestions are welcome. We already have a strong community of investors here. Its our collective responsibility to ensure that MBA lives longer that its enemy.

they have presented to you the certificates of operations they have which is CAC and Effcc stuffs now left for you to either invest with them or leave them and to the best of my knowledge no one is compelled to invest with them. For those waiting for SEC regulations before they will invest una go wait tire cos SEC only regulate Capital market and not online fx trading even the capital markets they regulate investors are still on their own. I lost money in Bank phb, oceanic and intercontinental bank. Did SEC come to our rescue?

If you aren't comfortable bros relax. So you are expecting us to come together and cause unnecessary panic by going to the office to demand for transparency. Bros, if you don't want to invest kpro.

That's my thought too. Its very difficult for SEC to regulate them.

Our Field Marshal 50nizzy

The Greatest General of all times......... I salute you Sir.

You are Greater than Alexander the Great.

You are Greater than Julius Caesar.

You are Greater than Napoleon.

You are truly displaying the “Bravery of the gods” by conquering naysayers and overthrowing wickedness.

It is an honour and a pleasure to be in the battlefield with you...... Thank you for this information.

Your warriors would take things up from here.

You are indeed a Legend and I remove my hat for you Sir.

The leader of North Korea also sends his greetings.

The Russian President is offering you something chilled.

President Obasanjo is dancing because of your Gallantry in the Battlefield...... well done sir

[i]What are some Ponzi scheme "red flags"?
Many Ponzi schemes share common characteristics. Look for these warning signs:

High investment returns with little or no risk. Every investment carries some degree of risk, and investments yielding higher returns typically involve more risk. Be highly suspicious of any "guaranteed" investment opportunity.

Overly consistent returns. Investment values tend to go up and down over time, especially those offering potentially high returns. Be suspect of an investment that continues to generate regular, positive returns regardless of overall market conditions.
Unregistered investments. Ponzi schemes typically involve investments that have not been registered with the SEC or with state regulators. Registration is important because it provides investors with access to key information about the company's management, products, services, and[ .../i]

Jabolo

you must be very stupid. You useless building contractor that supervises projects that is killing people........ you should be in jail.

You are a fool if you think that anyone would take advice from a killer like you.

You clearly want to supervise the financial destiny of people to ruins and destruction......

But your plan is dead on arrival. You and that criminal fxjones would meet your end soon....... You killer.

There is nothing on that website or your stupid write up that has anything to do with MBA.

If you are looking for a Ponzi scheme, look in the mirror and you would see yourself and the Ponzi buildings you are supervising that is killing people.
