Hi everyone, Wes is done with my evaluation but the problem I'm having is that in the recipient( University of Regina)place I only filled the university address and didn't put the faculty. The tracking number I was given by wes to track my document on the 31st of August it showed that it was Regina Sk, after some days I contacted university of Regina to tell I haven't from them but I was told they nothing is in the wes portal....so I went back to where I was tracking it and found out that the document was returned back to wes on Sept 8....please who knows how I can contact Wes or What I should do next....I need to know urgently...thanks.

Contact wes via the contact us form on their website and explain to them in detail.

Good day, I applied for course by course evaluation for my BSc(funaab) and Msc(UI). My Bsc transcript and certificate have been accepted and verification done. My Msc transcript was sent to Wes and it was acknowledged. Now Wes sent me a mail two weeks ago that they have sent a verification mail to UI pgschool, when I called the deputy registrar, he told me they haven't received any mail from Wes concerning my transcript. I called Wes and explained this to their customer care agent, they are saying I need to wait for seven weeks in order for the system to automatically resend it. Please How can I go about this problem because waiting for seven weeks will delay my admission process. Thanks

Mailing address is your personal address where they’ll mail your ECA to via post.
As for evaluation you evaluate your highest degree

Hello everyone, please I opened a WES account but with some error while filling.

I opened a new WES account and made corrections because I was told by a friend that I can delete the old account. I have been trying to delete the first one but I can't see where to delete it.

Can I have two accounts and just use the correct one, hope it won't affect me.

I’m having the exact issue. I received an email from them that they’ve sent it again to my school but my school hasn’t received anything. I even called them and they said they usually don’t send to the school’s official email but to the examination controller.

Please I have issues with WES, they sent me email dated to 22nd May, 2020, informing that the photocopies of my documents have been sent to Osun State Polytechnic Iree. But I contacted someone at school to check for me but only to be told nothing like such. I sent mail to WES that my former school has not received letter from them. The response I got from WES is that another verification request has been sent dated 19 October, 2020.
Please, is there anybody from Osun State Polytechnic Iree having the same challenge? Or is there anybody from Ospoly Iree that his or her documents have successfully been verified by the School should indicate the processes they passed thru before they could got there documents verified. Thanks

Visit your school in person. I bet you,it will be rectified.

I have already thought of that. Imaging have been on this stuff since last year November, 2019.

FUTO has just decided to extort using this means.I really blame WES for this,whats the point of result verification when transcript were sent directly from the instruction.
I had no choice but to pay the 20k for both documents(Transcript and Statement of result).
I advice you do the same too.FUTO won't respond until the payment is made

Does it mean you can create a profile with CIC even without your ECA? Is your IELTS test report form enough for profile creation?
