No. Captured means that verification of details you uploaded is ongoing. As each of your employee details are verified, it will show on your dashboard as "verified" not captured.

Meanwhile, check your company's account details if it has been verified.

Mine is showing captured (both employee and business accounts). How long do I have to wait to see verified? I submitted the details Oct. 10th.

I don't know how long you are to wait. Mine was like yours. I woke up one day to see everything captured. After 2 days, my business account status became verified and my employees were changing daily from captured to verified.

Exactly same with me, why would they open it and not let people register. Worse of all no information as to how to proceed. Poorly designed webpage.

Congrats. Please when did you register on the platform. I did mine since October 5 and is still showing captured
