I got an highlander in may(thread on my profile) the highlander runs fine!! And i love it.

The only issue is that the Engine oil dries up within 2 weeks .
We’ve changed different oil brands and we’ve also added treatment

I really don’t know what to do again

The manufactures recommended engine oil for that vehicle is what you need.

The reliability of Toyota..... Scam!

First, carry ur car go pit and go under it with flashlight. Look under ur engine and check for leaks. I don't wanna say crankshaft oil seal, but check.
If no leaks, like bigkendo said, prepare to buy a new engine..

I have my reason for asking u that cos I was with a mechanic today and som1 complained abt d same model of car Highlander jeep but d mechanic complaint that he bought fake Mobil 1 and he informed him.

Loosing oil every two weeks is not a good sign, i can be either that there is leak somewhere or pistol oil rings are gone therefore your engine is burning oil

is there any turbocharged highlander engine?

Is your engine V6 or 4 cylinder. If V6, that 4 litre oil you put was grossly inadequate. V6 engine takes 6.1 liters. 4 liters will not even show on your dipstick. I wonder which mechanic you use. If V6, that 2GR-FE engine has factory error where an oil hose slips off a pipe, discharging engine oil. People corrected it by replacing the rubber hose with metal. However, i doubt its the case with yours as the oil will spill everywhere and result in engine knock if in motion.
