You can't file a suit against someone impregnating you. What exactly would be the plaintiff's cause of action??

Don’t let anybody deceive you, in the process of the suit the other lawyer can object to the authenticity of the video and court would simply do away with and give judgment based on the evidence before it. Court would not arrest anybody for rendering fake document we do it all the time while trying to win a case win some loose some life goes on.

And you are not suing for Impregnation but for Contribution to the Maintenance and Upkeep of the Proceeds of Coitus-non-Interruptus!

Lmaoo!! That's not even a valid cause of action. It's not like they were married and divorced so it's not even a case of alimony or upkeep. Neither did they have a contract for sex lool. Even I'd they did, the contract is void ab initio on the grounds of public interest

If the issue were to be a breach of contract to marry, then yes, that would have been a legitimate cause of action. So ask the person involved to tell you the truth because this his story is laughable. Let me stop here, any other utterance and i'll have to charge you professional fees. You can DM.

True and your point is arguable. However, they are not a legally married couple which creates some sort of sketchy situation in determining the cause of action. But well, it would also depend on the ideals the judge subconsciously as well to a large extent. Goodluck to her if she has a stellar attorney to pull this argument off on her behalf.

Marriage is not relevant in Family Court only the Good Welfare of the Child which is the Primary Jurisdiction of the Family Court.
