Who aids the vote buying and the manipulation? Is it not the same youths as voters, thugs, party agents, INEC staff? Will Buhari, Tinubu, Wike, Atiku and co be the one to be giving out money for votes on election day, thumbprinting ballot papers, snatching ballot boxes, manipulating result sheets?
