I think it’s because one needs an agent to clear his consignment with customs. I still don’t know why individuals cannot approach customs directly and cut off all these dubious and unfortunate middlemen that scam Nigerians.

This matter is very simple . I have seen what I am looking for from your conversation with him. There is no doubt you paid accordingly but he underpaid custom . You vhave demanded for the refund but he remains adamant . My advice , get him arrested ...and charge this matter to court to prove point . Nairaland admin should as a matter of safety delete every account of this guy to bring sanity here. We cannot continue like this . I always tell people to keep some money for trouble ....must people don't deserve calmness. I hope you know his office?
