I want to use dis medium to pray for NIGERIA ARMY

1.May it never be well with all the soldiers that participated in the killing of those young Protestant

2.May Boko haram & ISWAP continue to inflict heavy casualty on them ..

3.May the generation of those soldiers that participated in the killings never grow above 30

4. May sword & bloodshed never depart from the homes of those "COWARDS" & BASTARD...

However Nigerians present this Lekki regrettable and ugly incident , emotions will never take the place of logic. Yes lives have been lost in this protest all over Nigeria & yes there were shootings at Lekki Toll but never a massacre .

However, there have been too many lies about the number of people, & I find this disheartening because even one life lost is bad enough.

No matter how you hate me, curse or call names, it doesn’t change the truth from remaining the truth. Soldiers came to Lekki toll gate and fired bullets in the air for 30minutes, people scampered for safety and there was first degree stampede that night. Over 100 people got injured, stray bullet hit 3 and all of them are still in the hospital while one of them died the next day.

If you can pause and think, the first thing you will ask yourself is. Since they call this a massacre

1. Why was there no single drop of blood at Lekki toll gate the next morning after the shooting and the road is tarred of which you can see everything on the ground.

2. With the bullets we saw on the ground in the morning after the shooting, if soldiers actually fired straight bullets at protesters, don’t you think it’s trailer that will be used to pack dead bodies the next day

3. Let us agree soldiers killed 100people and moved them away. Now ask yourselves, did they come back with water, hypo and buckets to wash the whole of Lekki toll gate? To the extent we didn’t see a drop of blood from what Nigerians termed massacre

4. Let us agree that soldiers killed 100people, moved their bodies away, came back and washed the whole ground with hypo, let’s ask ourselves, what are their names, who are their parents and friends, why haven’t any family in Lagos come out since then to say my children are not yet back from Lekki protest?

If Nigeria does not kill fake news, fake news will kill Nigeria.

Over 20people Nigerians posted their pics and videos claiming they died during the so called massacre have come out to deny and say they are all alive.

99% of pics and videos flying around social media turned out to be fake.

CNN and BBC finally found out most of the news is fake and have retracted most of the pics they displayed initially.

What everyone is now asking is that. Why should soldiers come and fire bullets in the first place, nobody is calling it massacre anymore.

All the noise ended up as lies and hoax. Even the CCTV camera they raised alarm that was removed at the toll gate turned out to be lies.

Those doing the lying are actually doing more disservice to the movement because it casts all else in doubt.

I maintain; you can condemn both the shooting & the lies.

Buhari is not the owner of Nigeria. Do not burn down this country with lies. If we burn down this country, Buhari will retire 2023 and the damages we caused , all of us will still suffer it forever.

Pigo Hedliger..
are u trying to say that all these people that witnessed the incident at lekki toll gate are lying? Are u saying that it's when they kill all peaceful protesters u will know it's a massacre, are u telling me that those army people at the protest ground came out on there own, are u telling me that the president diversion of supposed speech about the lekki shooting is right? Don't say what u don't know, cus I have a friend who was a surviving victim of this incident.... Posterity will catch up wit u, since evil is pleased to u

I supported Endsars protest and I am a supporter of restructuring. When a man is crying, he sees. Crying does not becloud a person vision and sense of reasoning. What you have written above is senseless under this situation. I have written against the government on several platforms from Tuesday night till after Eniola Badmus came out to say she was not at Lekki Tollgate and nothing happened to her. The first reaction from people in Nigeria and overseas was that massacre took place and Eniola Badmus was in critical condition. Area boys and hoodlums were still shouting Eniola Badmus several hours after she confirmed her non participation because they could not confirm her safety having gone on rampage.

I wonder who brought Nigeria flag immediately the soldiers arrived according to your story. Where do they get the flags? Can anti government protesters hold Nigerian Flag in Lagos? The IP Cameras installed at the tollgate are high quality day/night cameras as could be seen from those mounted outside. Nobody can switch off light to prevent cameras from recording in the dark as presented by you. Only God knows what happened. We are yet to see the pictures, names and family members of those killed.

Those who have hatred and bitterness for Tinubu hijacked the protest. Those who prefer death to the presidency coming to South West hijacked the protest to launch attack on their number one enemy and destroyed Lagos . This is not the type of protest or good governance mass action that we wanted at the beginning. Now after destruction of Lagos and part of South West, they are now having skirmishes of looting and violence in some southern states to give it a general look. We are no fools. Future protests in Lagos and remaining part of South West would be scrutinized by Yoruba Youths.

Did you check how much of Dubai's income comes from oil before opening your mouth? Or did you check their population hence GDP per capita (Average wealth per head) before talking? So Saudi Arabia that sells 12M barrels per day with less than 35M people against our miserable 2M barrels for 200M moroons is who you want to rub shoulder with? I'm sure you are one those clowns that think just GDP makes us the wealthiest country in Africa abi? For your information we are not even in the first 8 just like India, Indonesia despite huge GDPs are still among the poorest countries of the world. Always listen when you hear anything you haven't heard before. I schooled a naughty perm sec on this recently and he was speechless at the widespread ignorance. Nigeria is a very very very poor country even if they are not stealing from us and unfortunately they are

You're a dump kid.....

Nigeria's major source of income is the oil...

If we use the proceeds from oil to develop other sectors and create many other sectors.....

We'll barely rely on oil to survive and we'll have more revenues and more money to loan out and tap from smaller country's wealths the way China is gaining from our wealths indirectly......

But the proceed from oil is shared and little is used for development and you feel this country is poor?

You are definitely not ignorant but a dummy!!

I have a feeling that, the people holding this country down to destroy it are the people up north....Why would they assumed that this protest is against their own?

Imagine a Nigerian polishing shoes and walking under the sun for hours.... With all the wealths that we have? No steady light? High cost of cooking gas, High cost of kerosene, high cost of food stuffs...Bad roads, terrible school structures....

Nigeria is so rich that the people in charge are too greedy to let everyone share in their wealth because, they want you to be poor for them to remain rich.

Everyone can be rich....We can work smart and live good lives like every other countries....

We need to kick this people out of office.
their are people within the country that love poverty because that's what they are sold to believe that they can't be rich or have a comfortable life's.suffering and smiling, those that hold on to power thinks they will be there forever.

the tide is here, the storm is gathering, we are experiencing the calm before the storm, the momentum is gathering.
for as many insulting their memory and sacrifice, take this -
2 Kings 7:1-2 KJV
Then Elisha said, Hear ye the word of the Lord ; Thus saith the Lord , To morrow about this time shall a measure of fine flour be sold for a shekel, and two measures of barley for a shekel, in the gate of Samaria.
[2] Then a lord on whose hand the king leaned answered the man of God, and said, Behold, if the Lord would make windows in heaven, might this thing be? And he said, Behold, thou shalt see it with thine eyes, but shalt not eat thereof.
