You posted a video without first watching it. Watch the video you posted, it shows several people with gunshot wounds that were being carried by the protesters.

Watch from 2:59:00 time frame of the video.

Also take time to listen to the commentary of the person who shot the video, he said he has seen 7 people that were killed, that was before they carried one male and one female gunshot victims passed where he was standing and he recorded those victims.
