If u take 10 Wraps a day, reduce it to 9 wraps after 30 days (one month), 8 wraps after another 30 days, till u are left with one wrap a day in ur 10th month. Then take one wrap a day and skip the next day continuously for 30 days. Then stop smoking for one month. After the one month has reached, try to go beyond 1 month to 2,3,4,5 and 6 months.
It's easier said than done. The best way to stop addiction is by reducing or cutting down on it gradually. I wish u the best!

There're millions of people that are willing to stop smoking and they've tried their best yet to no avail. If quitting smoking is simply by just stopping ur so called incentives, by now we'll be having very few smokers. Do u think some people are not trying to quit smoking?
What u failed to understand is that, in some people, smoking has eaten deep into them, so it will be very hard for them to quit it suddenly, It's like weaning a baby. it has to be a gradual process.
