Recipe for the chicken
OK.

First I seasoned and cook my chicken with some chopped onions, 3-4 cloves of garlic, 3bayleaves, thyme, knorr chicken seasoning cubes, salt and a little water until tender.

Then I blend some fresh peppers together with some onions, pour a little oil in a pot or pan, fry the onion/pepper blend on a low heat for some few minutes, then I add the cooked chicken into the pepper sauce (without the stock), crush in one seasoning cube, and stir continuously until well absorbed.
Your peppered chicken is ready.

I fried it in a small pot instead of frypan. The frypan will make it flat I guess and I whisked it a little bit more than normal.

Drop Recipe Nne kiss
Nsogbu adighi nne

The ingredients that I used are:

Sugar 200grms

Butter 200grms

Flour 400grm

Baking powder 4teaspoon

Ground coffee 2-3 teaspoon (depends on how intense you want the flavour) dissolved with a little water.

Eggs, 3large.

Vanilla flavour 2teaspoon

Salt 1/2teaspoon

Browning a little (depends on how dark you want your cake)

Milk

First I cream my butter and sugar till light and fluffy, then I add in my eggs, dissolved coffee, vanilla flavour, browning and mix till well combined.

In my flour, I add in my baking powder and salt and gently sift over the sugar/butter mixture, I fold in gently and add in my milk little by little until it's the consistency I want.

Distribute into greased pans and bake at 190-200°c for 30-35mins

I hope I didn't forget anything cheesy
