That recruitment was the worst Form of recruitment I have ever seen in the history of Nigeria. Is is based on WHO KNOWS WHO. Four month ago, some names were released, and they have already started working. The names na names of candidates who got strong backups. Though they said another names will be released, but we are still waiting for that till date.

NITT uses CONRAISS salary structure.
A graduate will be placed on level 7 step 2.. If you trace it out you’re likely to get almost 100k as take home after necessary deductions

As regards your second question to make extra cash. In my opinion, training institute don’t carry out serious projects regularly. I doubt if you will make steady extra cash.
Secondly, if “extra cash” will be made, those at the top will enjoy it. You’re just coming in on a graduate position, your footing never dey ground to run one or two matters.

Bros! There is official Salary (400-500k) and there are numerous unofficial Allowance for working half day.

Plus Working in private hospital and if you are in surgery department... U go outside surgery within 2-3mins and heavy bank alerts

All these money altogether are made in a month with a sane environment in UK, Ireland, US.

Just write you exam and ielts and comot naija...even with my basic medical science MSc, I have been trying to get Paramedics Job in UK ,that's will push for my visa approval.

Sorry I talk to much because I dreamt of MBBS but o got Anatomy... I would left this country almost a month after graduations.

Note I'm not discouraging you for staying in the country but Medicine has revolve so much that Nigeria are known for theory and can only developed in 100% practical environment ( overseas) that's why Nigerians remain best doctors out there.

95% of my friends are doctors.
