Someone can never be Muslim until he believes in Allah, His messengers (Prophets), Scriptures, Angels and the day of judgement, these are called articles of faith. So your claims are untrue, as no true Muslim will ever insults Jesus (peace be upon Him), in fact the Muslims obeys His teachings more than the so called Christians.
