the upcoming application period is 2012/2013. Some schools are already charging tuition fee to some courses from 2010-2012 as suggested by the Finnish Ministry of education on a trial basis in making decision of implementing tuition fees for non EU/EEA citizens.

Tuition fee might be implemented soon from 2014 at earliest, so its advisable to apply early

I want to run Bsc in any biological sciences by next year 2021. How do I go about it? Thanks

Only tuition fee is free, you have to finance your living expenses, and you need to show a minimum of 6000 euros per year when applying or renewing your residence permit, but it you have a job in Finland that earn you at least 500 euros per month, it can be use as a substitute.

Upper vocational studies are still tuition free while university education is not free. The fee depends on the school. You can get all info here https://studyinfo.fi/wp2/en/

You can get scholarship for masters also

Issues like this occur when people are trying to cut corners. You can’t claim ignorance that you were not the one that supplied information for your international Passport. Be that as it may, i would advise you to go to NIS in Abuja for correction of data on your passport.
