my a5pro I also bought this august the charging port just stopped working like right now,

I don't understand this,
the annoying thing is the scarcity of parts,

Very sorry for this post,
I do business so I knw what this post can cause ,
apparently, someone splashed water on my phone while I was away, and cleaned up the phone before I came back,
ithink this is what affected the charging port,
yesternight, the phone charged without showing the charging icon, but the ba3 percentage kept going up till it got to hundred%
this morning the phone is charging normal without being fixed,

person wey pour water ontop yesterday just confess now,
seems the phone is splash resistant
cos I didn't knw and didn't switch it off to save it, but it's working perfectly now

Wondering why there was so many complaints on the A7pro too.

Cos my younger brother got his June 29 and there has been no complain whatsoever (apart from the general ones that updates had fixed).

My dear I tire oh. When they made the decision to buy we didn't hear, when they were using it we still didn't hear, when issues arises den serve an to us like party jellof rice.

NB: For anyone who cares to listen, no one here is paid by umidigi, we all bought devices just like you and only got to know the device better by use and research.

No one should come here with a self righteous attitude to state anything, we lay the the pros and the cons on the table and if u make an informed decision based on that, then u're entirely responsible for ur action.

I have being using my umidigi A7 pro...since I bought it on july 22......I haven't had any problems since then..... everything about the phone has been superb including the battery performance

Phone didn't fall, already turned it off n on when noticed . Cleared camera data . Still I get that on any camera app I use .

no issues or what so ever with my A5Pro bought in February, F2 bought in May

except the new update for the A5Pro makes the the phone hot when charging now... other than that no noticeable difference since I updated it last week
