Finger print sensor of my F2 stopped working about 3weeks now. initially I thought it was software wahala so I restarted it many times but the problem persisted.
As it stands now I'm not using fingerprint to unlock my fone.
Even the fingerprint option on Security is missing. Infact the Phone doesn't behave like it ever had fingerprint sensor on it

Pls is there any solution to this.

Sorry about this though. I don't know how it got missing without you formatting the chip, although I've experienced missing fingerprint in Gionee P7, it never came back. I sold the phone, I don't know if it's mysteriously back now.

You can buy another fingerprint for $15, check how from Umidigi community, but then you shouldn't pay for something that is not your fault.
An update from them should be able to solve it too.

just jejely order for a new fingerprint sensor from AliExpress.. it's around 5-6k d last time i checked...

Wiping, resetting and formatting your device wont work... but u can try it sha... never say never...

Slap Ur phone on Ur left hand for some time and test again, a lot of people have had their Earpiece working again after that..... It was discovered that the earpiece wasn't set properly and so falls out of contact with the board.

Mehn this is really sad, and scary... Sorry to hear.... About the screen i saw that repairpalng guy advertising the screen... You can reach them on NL... (I'm not vouching for him tho, never did business with him), maybe someone can vouch for him. I think the screen was 15-17k when i saw it last

yes... i had a friend who has the same issue of fingerprint sensor on F2, factory reset didn't fix it, that why I said he should prepare to replace the scanner with a new one..

Please guys my phone has refused to charge for few days now. I thought it was my charger, I took it to where they pay to charge yesterday morning and went to work.
