A big hospital like that has d capacity to treat more patients based on it's size, both walk in patients or those on admission. In course doing this, it's going to record deaths especially for those on admission. Where will it keep d corpses? Even d military hospital in Benin which is much smaller, has a morgue. A mortuary is not so hard to locate in a hospital. Even a 5 year of can identity a mortuary because the strong chemicals used I'm preserving the bodies. The building is always away from others and is fitted with huge refrigerators.

Even if one evacuate bodies from the buidling, it will take days for the smell to leave the building.

It still baffles me that in this age and time, not a single person could capture the military on tape moving a dead body and the families of the deceased have all become so afraid to come forth.

80-90 per cent of the hospitals don't have mortuary. Having a morgue is not a criteria for establishing a hospital no matter the size.
If a hospitals expertise doesn't cover preservation of bodies then there is no need to have a morgue.
