Quick tip, if you want to give it that smokey taste, take a piece of coal, heat it up on your stove till its white hot, place it on foil paper, place the grilled mackerel in a bowl, place the foil paper with the hot coal on it then place on the grilled mackerel then add a dash of oil on the coal and cover the bowl. Give it 20 minutes and you won't be disappointed.
