FieldMarshall06:Okay bro!! But e pain me those peaceful protesters will die in vain. Some will have the scars on their body for the rest of their life. In Egypt people wanted to overthrow a legitimate government, so it was understable if people lost their life in the protest. But the ones in lekki just want the Government to do what they are elected to do, yet they were shot dead and given scars they will have till they die. In five years, Egypt has added more than 10,000MW to their national grid, but in Nigeria we didn't even add up to 1500MW. Well, is all good sha. |

Remember the captain who was wounded and needed a surgery, well he is back on his feet now. As usual the bad news carriers have gone silent.

SamuelAnyawu:You are so full of it!!! Understand what his post meant. You are one of the likes who seek out and post negativity. What about the positives, or is everything that is happening around you dark and grim, no progress and no hope? After talking about the sick soldier, let's know if the attention he was seeking for has been provided, did the authorities provide the medical support. It simple and plain. Post negative news, also post positive news. |

Toju200:They will conveniently forget all the good things the military is doing in the North East, all the rescues of kidnapped victims, the daring raids on the seas. As soon as Chad or like the US has done does something small, the next thing would be insults, pages and pages of kissing American and Chadian as$. Objectivity, you can't expect objectivity with someone(people) who have chosen to be unfortunate. |

How America values her citizens. Even if it's just one life: From Don Klericuzuo https://twitter.com/DonKlericuzio/status/1322571967153754113?s=19 It's truly a pride to be a citizen of America. I acknowledge all the effort of the good people in our military but it takes only one bad act to turn everything around. Soldiers should never harass, molest, talkless of killing innocent Nigerians. That should be sacrosanct in their doctrine. NAF are showing the rest of the military how it should be done. Civil-military relationship is very important. |

kabe1:I found out that people do that, yes, it's true, but you can't blame them, don't blame them. Nigerian military have never been lazy, they carry out successful missions as well. But you see, an average Nigerian soldier treats no civilian well. When you shoot or beat on injure unarmed people. They will forever feel belittled and hate you, the families you caused pain will hate you,as well as the hundreds on the street who witness the gruesome scene. It's not that Nigerians are the most ungrateful set of people. It's just that they have not been having good experiences with the military. So they even wish them death, because in their perspective, bh are less enemies than them. There is no way someone who has seen soldiers beat some one close to him like a child, dehumanize him, wound him or even kill him will ever support the military even if they rescue a thousand people. Americans soldiers don't brutalize citizens, Chadians soldiers have not had contact with Nigerians or have Nigerians heard of any gross misconduct with them, hence the support. It's all psychological, they're all effects and fallout. When you accuse people of being ingrates, consider what is happening in Nigeria and imagine that the person is a victim, then you may not see it that way. The only way a true solution can come is to collectively try to improve military relations with civilians. You don't force love or give reasons for love to be shown. LOVE COMES NATURALLY. It's all CAUSE and EFFECT. |

Faithful007:Word! You've said it. Let improve Military-civil cooperation. One reason why most people Even love NAF than NA. Not that they are no good men in the NA or even police but the bad record the bad ones are setting up is overwhelming... @Faithful007 I like ur point. Unlike others who doesn't have anything reasonable to say just to call people names and sh!t.. |

kenpaul0:Special Forces Rescue Four From Boko Haram The Nigerian army special forces have rescued four persons, including two aid workers from Action Against Hunger and the International Committee For Red Cross (ICRC). The rescued persons were abducted by Boko Haram insurgents along Maiduguri-Monguno road in Borno state. A military source said the Boko Haram insurgents came with 11 gun trucks and blocked the road, where they carried out an operation that lasted less than 15 minutes. But the special forces trailed the group, and engaged the fleeing insurgents in a gun duel which lasted for about an hour. “Consequently, the gallant troops overpowered the fleeing terrorists who abandoned the victims and ran away in disarray,” he said. On June 5, the insurgents had abducted three humanitarian workers on the same road. Muhammed Monguno, one of the three aid workers abducted on June 5, was the manager of the IDP camp in Monguno. https://www.google.com/url?q=https://news.cgtn.com/news/2020-05-19/Nigerian-Navy-rescues-18-individuals-from-Chinese-fishing-boat-QCJANdbG7e/index.html&sa=U&ved=2ahUKEwjp3pbvwOHsAhX8RBUIHSsmBHwQFjADegQICRAB&usg=AOvVaw1dWMpvShsXUKvvxjdCn0C0 |

I just quoted you, now what? Dude, use simple wisdom, it's like saying all Nigerians are armed robbers because some are. There are bad soldiers and there are good ones, if you have any decency whatsoever, you'd know this and you won't soil the sacrifices being made by those soldiers with good intention and serving their country , in a country where people like yourself don't value those same sacrifices. What an utter stupidity . I'm not being sentimental, it's a fact. There are good soldiers, there are bad ones EricBloodAxe: |
