Oven grilled Croaker fish,irish potatoes, fried plantain and sauce.

Fish was marinated with garlic,ginger,thyme,salt,olive oil and suya spice.

Kilishi is one of my favorite northern snacks...You can purchase from a reputable store, rather than road side anyhow anyhow..

My sister kilishi generally is inhygienic and unhealthy. If I take you to places where it is made, you will pass out. Imagine the meat spread out to dry you wont even see the meat all you see is flies.
Thats why they advice that you microwave it or grill it 1st before esting or eat in small quantities

I don't know the process, but I ones saw meat being sun dried when I visited Kano. I prefer it to suya...When I need, I simply contact a frnd @nigrows_organic on insta, she go buy and waybill.
