Do we have web developers in Nigeria that build and sell custom WordPress and Shopify themes on places like envato marketplace?

Sharp guy, the hidden jobs of Upworks, I keep an evernote to note, the irregular things upworks is looking for. you know PHP doesn't get much but Moodle themes does both on Upworks and Themeforest. I read your thread, that was what I realized and noticed it was hidden and even if it was popular, not a lot of developers go the extra mile to take on a challenge.

most of them build customized themes for clients.

Sorry saw this late, follow Upworks check for a populat tech and just use the internet for each tech. e.g if Shopify head to Shopify Development Documentation.
