Ilaumoh:you keep posting baseless and irrelevant emojis . Those are rogue and sham companies with zero presence no headquarters at akwa ibom. Ibeno is underdeveloped shithole . 1 mile of 4 lane road cost only $3 million for Ibeno terrain. with Akwa monthly allocation there's still millions left after paying the 4416 civil servants there's more than $27 million dollars left. What does Akwa ibom do with $50 to $60 million dollars allocation per month? Remains a mystery. 1 Like |

“Moving out from here to Uyo will not serve the interest of Cross Riverians. I sincerely feel that we can have an emergency action plan that can help you restore this office.” –Governor Ayade Above claim by governor Ayade is a face-saving statement in the face of his own failure, and I am glad it is backfiring. Uyo, the capital of Akwa Ibom State is more secured and managed than Calabar—Governor Ayade should admit it. Why did Governor Ayade become so outrage after been informed by WAEC officials that its office is moving to a location it finds to be safer, Uyo? The truth is moving WAEC office from Calabar to Uyo really called into question governor Ayade’s leadership skills. I think that is why he begged WAEC officials not to move to save him from optimum embarrassment. So, I want governor Ayade to share the true reason for his outrage against moving WAEC office to Uyo. The people of Cross Rivers State and Akwa Ibom State are brothers. And I want them to remain so for life. Calabar was the first capital of Nigeria before Nigeria moved its capital to Lagos, jet, development in Cross Rivers state is substandard. Why did Nigeria succeed in moving its capital from Calabar to Lagos? The reason is internal divisions among its citizens as demonstrated here by the people of Cross Rivers State. The phrase “to be stronger abroad, you have to first be strong at home” is blowing up in the face of Governor Ayade. Gov. Ayade is too divisive. He never makes attempt to work with the government of Akwa Ibom State to solve key problems such as building Calabar -Uyo road to connect both states. That is why trade and tourism volumes between the two states are in decline. And that is why accidents are killing so many travelers between Calabar and Uyo I hope this will serve as a lesson for Governor Ayade and the people of Cross Rivers State to change. 2 Likes |

So even indigenes of Akwa Ibom and Cross River display tribal bigotry towards themselves? Do you people know the interwovenness between both of you? None mentioned the horrible road linking both states but as ret@rds, they spew tribalism. Idiats! Cretins everywhere! Modified: I had to go through the comments again, chai, lack of education is a bad thing. Nigerian politicians no do well at all. 1 Like |

femi4:You guys need to stop repeating the same crap on this forum . the entire Nigeria is a dirty third world sh*thole and the governments are all corrupt and incompetent ,pointless bragging , just work on contribution and improvement of your place. Would you say Norwegians or Swedish are Lazy? Do Norwegians exhibit the same behavioral pattern as Japanese or Germans? All ethnic Nations have different methods of doing things . there'll always be rich and poor ,tall and short ,hardworking and lazy ,handsome and ugly, good and evil etc in all societies. Maybe the generic quality of Efik Calabarians are royalty ,clean, proud, intelligent, good looking, laid back people who do not like dirty work . The best governmental system for Calabar would be social democracy just like the Nordic countries. Maybe Yoruba , Igbo or kanuri might prefer Japaneses and Chinese overcrowded method. 1 Like |

IdontGivAfuck:Only ? I thought you'd say we've governed Cross river to the ground and squandered the state resources? I thought you'd say we're responsible for the gross neglect and decay of infrastructure and roads in cross river? I thought you'd say we're the ones responsible for not being able to pay salary implementation and pensions in cross river? I thought you'd say we're the ones responsible for the government not even being able to make water board function and provide proper water as before? You're just a sad little man who's looking for excuses to blame his failures on. You're a big disgrace to your ancestors, family and children yet unborn. 2 Likes |
