Yeap, saw this on Wazobia today. The annoying thing is it was tagged a " mysterious " disease. This is what happens when the govt does not pay attention to research and the only research they can come up with is how to make "Kilishi"

It is not government that carries out research bit private enterprise.

When a vaccine is found for Coronavirus for instance, it is the big pharmaceutical companies like AstraZeneca, Gilead etc that'll make the profit.

Ette is just the boundary between Enugu and kogi. In fact Ette ekpoto as it's called in Enugu-Ezike is not kogi.

The news has it that the disease broke out in Ette but extended to umuopu(a village in Enugu-Ezike). So you can say the disease originated from kogi.
