Everyone feeling so fly and arrogant. Employees want to boss other employees around! Not to talk of the tribalism and discrimination! Horrible! I can never work in a Nigerian environment! These blacks are disgusting! That's why it's best to have an online job. This way nobody can boss you around and tell you rubbish!

Go to Nigerian banks. It's even worse when you are a back end operations staff. You cannot close at the normal time, without any overtime allowance.

In some places, you will just see the period they allocated to you for annual leave, you don't have an input.
Come and see how full grown married people are thoroughly intimidated.

It’s also very bad at eateries...customers will look down on you,the manager will also look down on you, even mere supervisors. The pay is quite low for the job and the former place I worked, it was almost every day they’d deduct from my salary because of shortage. May God help us all

Well, let us use our brains to think of ideas and put our monies to the actualization of those ideas. The average Nigerian is hellbent on spending their income on shoes, bags, phones etc without putting to fruition ideas that can fetch millions for them. That way, you can stop complaining about maltreatment at workplaces and focus on becoming your own boss.

It’s really really difficult just starting your own business as a young entrepreneur and besides, one would need a capital and experience so I feel working under someone is a little step forward in terms of achieving your goals.

It's just very sad. Everyone in Nigeria wants to use his position to oppress others. Police man go wan oppress average citizen. Boss go press boy. Customers go oppress employees. I just tire!!!!!!
