I have seen a ton of plastic surgery pictures and how they are done. Some surgeries are actually needed - like if someone breaks his nose, bent it and wants to shape it better.

It's not bad to have those surgeries just for a bigger breast or buttocks, the bad side is when people say that they look that good because they exercise well - when that's not the full story

Many take trips to Dubai to get it done, and come back looking different. Some people think it's too expensive for an African, probably costing billions

Some brands selling fake enhancement creams are using this ignorance to dupe women. I have seen plastic surgery jobs that look 100% natural

The lady below has had butt lifts done, and it looks very very normal.

From what i have noticed, i think most female Nigerian influencers opt for butt augmentation than breast augmentation.

Once i see a very slim waist with no sight of body fat and a well rounded and big backside, i just laugh inside.
