This is not a random attack...

This is a target being taken out here

And should be treated as such rather than be tagged a hoodlum attack

Makinde should not interfere with those protesting youths, our politicians caused it. If the governor dares harass those youths with policemen, he is looking for serious trouble.

I will be Soo disappointed if you just happen to be a youth and one of the future leaders and this is how you reason. It's not too late to change that tribalistic mentality of yours. it might be difficult, but it's not impossible. Start from today

Hoodlums have learnt an evil way of rendering some people poor

Let's get up and speak against it, this doesn't affect our government rather the masses that have their wares destroyed

Please we should avoid giving it a tribal sentiment, let us stop this evil now, enough is enough

Our leaders are the real hoodlums.

You embolden touts and thugs by paying them to disrupt a peaceful protests - a protest that would have inadvertently led to the beginning of a new nation.

You have shown the jobless, the hungry and the hopeless ones an easy route to survival. Now you can no longer control the monster you created.

This theory is becoming lame. First Not all.these people come from government, some of them, if not most, are on their own. The protest was just, but it was championed by a majority of stupid people. Blocking major roads and all. Even the government you are talking about did they emanate from air..

Am sure this is Yoruba ppl gather burn Igbo ppl shops, this reminds one of what happened in the first few weeks of buhari ascendency to the president , they were setting markets across the country on fire just to target Igbo ppl and this is why I don’t believe in this Nigeria as currently constituted

If a people insists of destroying their region or they insist on allowing Yeastner-settlers to destroy it for them, what does an onlooker do apart from looking on? Gone were the days when the Westerners were so wise that they easily see through any subterfuge, plot or an agenda against the Oduduwa nation.

Iddiot if you are not cowards, let your Igbo brothers go out alone and face Yoruba now and stop hiding your army behind Yoruba miscreants, then come back and tell me who died and dashed you bravery. You are everywhere like roaches and your handwriting is on this too.

The story is not connecting.... why loot a shop and then set it on fire? Are you trying to hide your finger print and evidence that might lead back to you?

Iris this another hand work of Fulani Jihadist, those guys are ruthless and heartless

This story doesn’t add up

I HOPE I MADE SENSE
Nonsense. Most criminals and touts operate from ibadan as their HQ, some rub in Lagos then return to their base.

You people are not serious at all. Do u have any evidence that govt sponsored any thug during the protest or u're just guessing, are the hoodlums not the same youth or were they not part of the protest?
If the hoodlums are angry with govt why should they burn private properties?
The same way u're wrongly accusing others of sympathising Boko Haram with no basis now u're surreptitiously supporting the hoodlums with deviated comment instead of condemning the act. If this thing continue you'll come to realise the real horror u put urself in.
