I know no 'financial regulator' of any description has inspected MBA forex, at least not at the national level.

Someone else pretty much laid down what's really going down in a more general sense a day or two ago. To the T.

Like airsaylongcom, I'll perhaps plead the 5th on pointing that one out.

I am tempted to comment here, regulatory body is not SEC alone others are there also. Pls note and note SEC has no modalities to regulate online fx trading for now and if such is developed, u will know it cos it would be published so do your own search and don't rely on what the guy said. SEC are not the only regulatory authority in Nigeria business environment

My Brother God bless you, MBA has come to safe lives and nothing i reapeat nothing can happen to MBA for now. I have this mind of committing my investment into God hand before I embark upon such and even when I did addy I did same and so no shaking with MBA. They currently have investors beyond what they have envisioned and that is the cause of the delays. These investment are not for the faint hearted so if anyone does not have the liver the person so distant from MBA or anything fx investment so you don't come here to disturb our peace. Me am targeting 2017 Highlander hybrid from all my fx investment returns.
