Trump has every legal right to contest the elections in the courts. All this panicking like he is doing something authoritarian is just dumb. It is the courts that decide elections not news networks.

If the process plays out and the courts ratify Biden’s win then there is no doubt Trump would leave on his own. He will not congratulate Biden or or encourage his supporters to unite behind Biden but there is no law that says he has too. He will just quietly get on marine one and fly back to mar-a-lago.
