The true Church was suppressed by the Roman church for almost 1thousand years, until God used Martin Luther to expose the ungodly principles of the Papacy and suppression of Bible funamental doctrines, so that it can be interpreted to suit the political and religious aspirations of the Pope. The Bible was forbidden to the laity, while levies were imposed on them; levies for sins. How can that have been endorsed in the Bible?
