Trumpcard05: You are quite in order my brother. All these quasi agencies set up to frustrate SMAs are like the proverbial Ostrich that buried its head in the sand while its entire body lay outside. They believe they are gaining from huge IGR based on multiple taxation, government intimidation, agbero revenue drive etc. Meanwhile, they are taxing small struggling businesses out of existence. Is it not penny wise, pound foolish? Some of them came to my office to collect N300, 000 Radio and TV license. Meanwhile we don't have any radio or TV. And when you pay the money, 90% of it will end up in private pockets This is the "Nigerian Factor", one of the reasons we cannot make progress as a nation |

This happens all over the world. Mafia, gangs, and dirty cops extort businesses, landlords, and even the most rich and wealthy. |

Try running a business in nigeria and you'll know the meaning of frustration. From when you put up your sign board to opening, LG, State and FIRS will bombard you with multiple taxes, fees bribes and nonsense. Here i sit on my bed and register a company, pay taxes, answer enquiries from regulators, and do a lot more. Naija na wa |

Akfrenzy:Even the legal system is dead, my dad was dragging a case for 3 years before he died, and this case will not take 1 week to be settled in developed countries. People taking sides with the government will not understand now until they become victims of this failed nation. It's either Nigeria restructures now or divide else We can never catch up with pace of the world 1 Like |

That's Nigeria for you. The small man will tell you he was sent by the oga on top and when u see the oga on top he will tell you he's acting on order from above and they will keep turning u up and down until you get tired and messed up. Wicked people everywhere. |

This is really sad! Frustrating small businesses that are helping to stimulate the economy is wrong not when they have adhered to the extant laws guiding business in a particular location. It is really absurd to hear that they locked people inside the facility. May God help us and give our leaders the wisdom to do the right thing at all times! |

shortgun: They string these cannabis smoking scoundrels together and they make life difficult for people. All to raise money for one oga .... they lack initiative sef. No creative thinking. At least, tie something productive or legacy forming to your time in power. Not just extorting money from the public. |

Imagining just coming out from the lockdown after months only for amac to come up with outrageous tax in the name of food and drink license. Most of these businesses could hardly make enough to pay staff these days. |
