Just to say that Rahmanjargo is a legit customer. A wonderful one at that. He's been due since October 10th and was patient for almost a month before he was paid his October ROI. I'm working to.ensure that he gets paid when November 10 ROIs for my branch get paid as well

Don't u people have work to do or school homework to write, than to be pressing your hands on their website
MBA Website only had down time for less than 2hours today and is currently up and running. Instead of you to wait or find something else to do or send them an email, the 1st place you jumped on was this thread to cause further panic and give the naysayers like the idiiot that quoted me saying "na so" something to leech on.
Find something to do with your time and stop creating unnecessary panic where there is none. As if bank websites don't have down times. So if your bank website has a temporary downtime you will jump on Nairaland and start making noise...? Jeez

There isn't need to be panicky over MBA current restructuring through merger and acquisition. The problem with most investors is that they are not used to structure investment as such they are ruled by phobia for losing money and quick to come to social media to express complaints than following official channels.

On this thread last week i commented on a post that i was equally unpaid my 8th ROI due 11th of the month but with sending mails and reminder emails i was paid on the 22nd October.

A friend of mine terminated his 2m investment when he went to Allen Ikeja Lagos office saw crowd with delayed payments he opt to terminate than rollover. His due for ROI 2days ago had it been he didn't opt to terminate, he chatted me that he will instruct his lawyer to write MBA giving them 7days to pay failure which to expect litigation. Alas that same evening MBA refunded his 2millon capital to his bank account.

These are signs that MBA is not dying and we should believe the ceo video that any one month delay payment to pass over the transition stage will be compensated with one month contract extension and in that case nk investor will be short changed

My bro, you're correct. MBA isn't going anywhere soon. I was equally at their office at Ikeja yesterday and was comprehensively briefed. They even gave an option of having my capital back within 24hrs if I choose to terminate right away.

It was there I was told that there is no 2nd and perhaps 3rd Allen domiciled investment that hasn't been credited. If, any, according to them would have been a case of omission and I was advised to inform such person/persons so affected to come to their office and it will be sorted out right there.

Well said bro.

I remember saying MBA forex will struggle with payments as Dec approaches because it operates as a pyramid even though it claims to be into forex trading.

Not enough people are bring in their money to bail the exiting participants, hence you hear things like delay, 1 month suspension, offline and online.

Otherwise, I'lld expect Maxwell to come out with evidence that they made loses on their forex accounts hence the delay, but he has not made such claim because he cannot back it.

Maxwell is banking on restoring confidence in the scheme by keeping it going (albeit with delays and suspensions), hoping he can lure back contributors by next year. The risk though is that the scheme would heamorrage and die from excessive withdrawals and failure to rollover from existing contributors.

Apparently Maxwell is prepared for both option, he has reduced his ownership in MBA forex to a paltry 1% and brought in "directors" who are non-residents. If Kasala burst he has a case to prove he is not the major promoter.

I have made my analysis objectively based on what I can see here, as usual I expect some people to quote me with so much bitterness and un-understandable pain
