How more unhygienic can preparation food for human consumption be? What does baking of cake have to do with condom?

Below is a viral video of a man having breakfast on his dining table, all was going very well as he ate and punched his PC when he suddenly got a tasty but nasty bite of his cake unfortunately he had just spotted a long used condom right inside his tasty cake.

Maybe His wife or Girlfriend saw used condoms in the house and concluded her man is cheating on her, so she she bakes a cake for him and add's the condom in the cake as a way to tell him she knows He's cheating and also records it as a way to purnish him.

or maybe its actually staged as some one already said.
