Is it possible for someone who wish to study in Ukraine to apply from August 2020 and resume academic session January 2021?

Pls does anyone know how is life in severodonetsk lughansk...I am about to start studies at volodymyl dahl east Ukraine University... and how easy is it possible for one to move to another school in Kiev.

To transfer, you need to obtain a transfer letter from your school addressed to the new school that they have permitted the transfer.

Contact your Dean for details, but that's the process.
You must've contacted your choice school before requesting this letter.

You don't need a Covid 19 test result to enter Ukraine as a Nigerian.
And Nigerian immigration isn't concerned with your status, unless you're arriving the country.
